About My Clients

You are your harshest critic. You feel self-doubt, insecurity and you sometimes withdraw from doing the things you enjoy. Your feelings of depression, anxiety or memories of past traumas are sapping the life out of you. Currently or in the past, you may have turned to maladaptive coping behaviors (eating disorders, substance use, self-harm, anger, avoidance, etc.) to subdue the experience.

Background

I believe every person has the inherent wisdom needed to live a fulfilling life. Sometimes we just need help connecting to those parts of ourselves. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #80168) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, iaedp approved supervisor (CEDS-S) based out of Los Angeles, CA.  Since 2008, I have held clinical and administrative roles in several prominent eating disorder, mental health and substance use disorder residential, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs.

My educational background includes a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.
